Cachafaz was founded in 2001 by three Argentinian brothers who began producing their version of the famous Argentinian "alfajor" (a maceina cookie filled with dulce de leche) and distributing them by bicycle. Passionate about creating products that are as natural and wholesome as they are delicious, their family business began expanding beyond their traditional line of "alfajores" to become one of the first companies to introduce nutritious, gourmet snacks to the Argentinian market.
